If you have received defective or wrong product you can contact us for a refund or exchange within 48 hours of order delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product you received you may return the product within 7 days of delivery.
For in-store purchases: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with ORIGINAL receipt. Returned item MUST be in it’s original packaging and unused. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPEN ITEMS AND/OR BROKEN SEAL ON ITEM PACKAGING.
If you would like to return/replace item customer MUST email email@example.com to receive Return Authorization and shipping instructions before returning a product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPEN ITEMS AND/OR BROKEN SEAL ON ITEM PACKAGING.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, some health and personal items.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on items returned for a reason other than “Defective” or “Wrong” product received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returnable items are subject to 20% restocking fee!
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your defective item.
Shipping your return
You will receive instructions for returns to the email provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(unless you received a wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
